We welcome you to the Middle Tennessee area's first and only Bikram certified Hot Yoga studios.  The founder of Hot Yoga, Bikram Choudhury, personally approved the location in Cool Springs and gave permission to open the first Hot Yoga studio in Nashville that bears his name. We look forward to sharing our practice with you.

Driving Tips:
  • Our entrance is exactly opposite the Costco Gas Station entrance, across  Seaboard Lane. 
  • From A-Agame:  
  •     Left onto Mallory Station Road
  •     Right onto Seaboard Lane
  •     Slow down once you see GFS on the left, 
  •           which has two entrances
  •     Turn left into next entrance (opposite side from  
  •           Costco's Gas Station entrance)
